Restaurant Jing Xuan Hong Kong Dim Sum 锦选香港点心

It’s been a long time the bears have not put their paws on some Dim Sum,
So on the 55th Independence Day,
Brown Bear took White Bear to their all time favourite Dim Sum eatery,
Jing Xuan Hong Kong Dim Sum 锦选香港点心

Some of the steamed Dim Sum they ordered,

From left to right : Siew Mai, Ha Gao,
Fishball, Some rolls(Don’t know its name)
Spring rolls

The bears only ordered two fried Dim Sum as they were quite full,

Wu Kok and Fried Shrimps dipped in mayo sauce

In addition, the bears ordered two plates of these,

Chu Cheong Fun with prawns wrapped inside

Besides the usual dishes, this shop also offers an array of grilled chickens, ducks, and pork.

Fat bears think that they are quite pricey, have never ordered these.

The main reason this restaurant is one of fat bears’ favourite
is because there will always be big chunks of fresh prawns in the dishes,
substituting some of the pork, thus the dim sum taste much more fragrant
and provide better texture when munched.

There is no wonder this restaurant is always packed,
especially on weekends and public holidays.

The bill was around RM60, shared among three pax.
White Bear wondered when will be the next time
they come again as they stepped out of the restaurant…
