Kee Vii Spicy Soup @ Sungai Chua

After the fat bears have a healthy jog at the Putrajaya Taman Botani,
they decided to reward themselves by piling the pounds back on again.

So they drove to Sungai Chua to have dinner at Kee Vii Spicy Soup.
It was Mother’s Day (13th May 2012), and the place was packed.
However the fat bears found a nice spot outside of the shop.

Spicy soup (辣汤)
Verdict : Nice but White Bear thinks the taste smell too porky, the portion was huge.

Chicken cooked in Shaoxing yellow wine (花雕鸡)
Verdict : Nice but the chicken are mostly bones, very dissatisfying.

And because it was Mother’s Day, the restaurant also served a complimentary steamed fish (FOC)

Steamed fish with ginger
Verdict : Ok Ok, the fish has a muddy taste (it’s free, what do you expect?)

The bill came to be around RM5o for three person (fat bears with a friend)

All in all, it was a good dinner, nice food and good company, and a free fish.
What more can you ask for?
