The Auspicious day

On an auspicious day in July, Brown Bear brought White Bear to Fatty Crab in Taman Megah. This was the second time the fat bears visited the restaurant. It is famous for its chicken wings, crabs, fried rice and satay (in that order).

The menu.
Fat Bears ordered 600g (MOQ) of crabs cooked in sweet sour sauce, 6 chicken wings, and their famous fried rice.

The chicken wings are fried rather than grilled, with a little bit of spicy powder. Really liked it!

The crabs are cooked with a greenish sweet sour spicy gravy, and White Bear loved the gravy!
However, Brown Bear hated it. The crabs were smaller than the last time though.

The Aftermath
The bill came up to RM80++, it was a bit on the pricey side but what the heck,
Brown Bear was paying, White Bear had no complaints!

…………………………………………………………………………………..

After the dinner, Brown Bear took White Bear to a very special cake shop in SS2.
And bought White Bear this!

Chocolate Crepe Cake from Food Foundry.
The reason for the cake was because on that particular day 20+ years ago,
White Bear squeezed through her mother’s womb and popped into the world! “Rawr”
The cake was expensive, another RM80++, poor Brown Bear. And it looked like this,

White Bear counted and there were 21 layers!
The taste was OK (not sweet enough for White Bear)
but White Bear really appreciated it as Brown Bear scoured the world wide web to get this.

It was a fantastic day, and thank you, my lovely Brown Bear!
